Description
The ideal candidate will have a degree in mathematics, physics or computer science and experience in the technology sector, this position is ideal for an existing system administrator/ Business Analyst or IT individual. This candidate should be intelligent and a problem solver, they do not need to be a developer. This candidate will learn and use the Crowd Machine No-Code platform to create highly functional applications for (F1000) customers and work closely with various partner/customer teams delivering best practices, training and support.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient on the Crowd Machine Platform. Complete the Crowd Academy, an on-line training course for the platform.
- Work with customers to understand their solution/application needs and goals.
- Architect and assist customers/partners with the delivery of those solutions/applications.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and product teams to ensure the best solution is being delivered to the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Detail oriented Ability to multitask
